At Cacao Valent farm harvest organic cacao fruit to process the bean and create crafted chocolate. Cocoa trees are planted see in seedbed to later plant them in the farm.
After 3 years the cocoa trees will have their first cocoas fruits that we harvest and process in our machines to obtain the cocoa bean.
The beans are fermented and dried in the sun to get the cocoa bean ready to sell to other companies.
Part of the harvested grains stays in the farm in order to prepare delicious crafted chocolate. The cocoa beans are toasted, crushed and grinded to get the chocolate licor to later mixed with other ingredients to generate our local chocolate.
Finally, after a long process you can enjoy the final crafted products after every meal.
