Once Cacao Valent [ We, Us, Our] receives an order, we will begin to process it. This process can take up to three business days. Once the order is processed, the customer will receive a tracking number to the email address provided.

With said tracking number, customers will be able to monitor package movements through the chosen carrier website.

Preparation of the package and shipping can take approximately 3 to 7 working days.

From the moment the package is dropped off at the post office, Cacao Valent does not take responsibility for any damage or delay caused in the process of handling it by the Carrier.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to bad weather, holidays, natural disasters, carrier delays, or misspelled customer addresses.

If the package is returned to our shipping facilities, the customer will have to incur any additional shipping costs to have the items re-shipped. Otherwise, Cacao Valent will refund the money only for the Goods Ordered.

Orders placed after 3 pm will be processed the next business day. Meaning that orders placed on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) will be processed on Monday.
