Made from shelled and crushed award-winning Cacao Valent beans. Nibs are a great source of antioxidants, that are accompanied by pleasant aromas and a semi-bitter flavor. Cacao nibs are used as the base ingredient for chocolate but are also a very popular ingredient for teas, wine, rum, and beer.
Our nibs are composed of our highest grade blend of Forastero, Criollo, and Trinitario beans which are naturally fermented and sun-dried.

However, very small amounts of naturally occurring impurities such as small pieces of branches, cacao shells, small stones, among others might be present since it is an agricultural raw material that has not been further processed.
